A serious accident happened this evening in Maliq, where a minor was injured.
According to the police, a vehicle driven by a 22-year-old hit an 8-year-old. The minor was transported to the hospital where he is receiving medical assistance, while the driver of the vehicle was accompanied to the police station.
In the meantime, work has begun to clarify the circumstances of the accident
"Around 20:20, in the village of Vreshtas, Maliq, the Mitsubishi type vehicle, driven by citizen JG, 22 years old, hit a minor, 8 years old, who was transported to the Pogradec hospital for medical assistance.
The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the Police Station for further procedural actions. In the meantime, the investigative group continues its work to determine the cause of the accident," the police announced.
