An elderly woman was raped by her son and his daughter-in-law. 74-year-old Vjollca Murja, after the violence, denounced her son and daughter-in-law, and was also provided with a protection order.
The elderly woman filed the complaint yesterday afternoon around 19:30 and after the incident her son, 47-year-old Edmond Murja, was placed in police custody for the crime of domestic violence.
While his wife, Fllanza Murja, was processed in a free state because she has minor children.
The 45-year-old woman is accused of "Domestic violence" and "Possessing cold weapons".
On the part of the Police, the 74-year-old was granted a request for a protection order, as well as provided with a medical-legal decision, when it is proven that she was raped.
