A serious accident happened this morning in Tirana. A 22-year-old woman with the initials EF, living in Tirana, hit a pedestrian with a Benz type car on the white lines.
The young man with the initials TM, 18 years old, was sent to the hospital and is under the care of doctors.
The accident happened from "Gjergj Fishta" boulevard, heading towards "Shefqet Musaraj" street.
