Ibrahim Lici, wanted for the murder of Endri Mustafa, was arrested in Turkey in May 2021.

Ibrahim Lici is a person known to the police. His name is associated with sensational events that took place in the city of Shkodra.

Lici was targeted by the Bajra group to be executed according to the Metamorfoza file. While Endri Mustafa was known as a member of the Bilalaj group in Shkodër.
