After Grori's murder, Naim Zyberi leaves for Italy.
However, the opponents follow the trail of his friend Ymer Maçi who was present at the murder of Artur Grori. In 1997, in the area known as "Selvia", 29-year-old Ymer Maçi was executed near a bar. The perpetrators of the event were never discovered, although suspicion fell on Arben Grorin and two of his friends from Tropo.
He had started the hunt for revenge for his brother and pursued Naim Zyberi, who he considered his main enemy. Grori forms an alliance with Gerd Gjinarari. The latter did not hesitate since in the past he was taken hostage and raped by Naim Zyberi.
At that time, Gerd Gjinarari moved from Germany to Italy for the realization of the plan. They drew up the plan for the execution of Naim Zyber, after tracking him for several days in the city of Milan.
Grori spotted him in a bar where he opened fire, seriously injuring him. Zyberi was taken to San Paolo hospital in Milan to receive medical help. He was guarded at the door by two police officers who stayed 24 hours a day.
After a few days, doctors described Naim Zyber's condition as stable and out of danger for life. But Arben Grori and Gerd Gjinarari did not give up. On the morning of August 6, 1997, they killed Naim Zyberi in his hospital bed. Gjinarari and Grori enter the hospital with a bunch of flowers where they had hidden a pistol with a silencer.
They introduce themselves as relatives of the patient Naim Zyberi and after greeting the two policemen who were guarding the injured, enter his room. Without wasting time, they shoot several times, leaving him dead on the spot. The police did not hear any crackling. The perpetrators quietly leave the room and leave.
The crime would be discovered a few minutes later by the emergency signal of the devices. The nurse enters the room to see the patient and finds Naim Zyber dead and covered in blood.
"You have seen how it happens in movies when it happens in hospitals or centers where cultural or religious activities are held, opponents find moments when you are redeemed and carry out the murder. This is what happened to Naim. They disguised themselves as people close to him who were going to see him and executed him", said the journalist, Roland Qafoku.
"He was killed as the people of the criminal organizations Ndrageta, Kamorra are killed with flowers and things and was destroyed in the hospital", said the former prosecutor, Shkëlqim Hajdari
