Father and son Bledi and Enis Ali have been criminally prosecuted after they raped Kristo Dhima, a 54-year-old resident of Gjirokastër, with strong objects.
The police inform that the conflict started due to weak motives from a collision of vehicles with material damage.
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Delvin Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and proceeded to free the citizens BA, 44 years old, and his minor son EA, 17 years old, after cooperating with each other, for weak motives (conflict started by a collision of vehicles with material damage), hit citizen K. Dh., 54 years old, resident of Gjirokastër, with hard objects.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
