Early in the morning on August 10, 2018, Safet Bajri, known as the strongman of Dobraç, left Tirana with his girlfriend, Eria Ago, former Miss Albania, and Astmer Bilal, after planning the murder of Fatbardh Lici.
They arrive in Lezha at 06:11, from there to Shkodra.
According to SPAK, it is suspected that Safet Bajri and Bilali took the stolen vehicle and approached the bar that Sokol Lici had rented.
Sokol's brother, Fatbardh Lici, drank there every morning.
The latter is shot with a Kalashnikov rifle, leaving him dead on the spot.
After the murder, the vehicle moved towards Dobraci, where it entered the alley that leads to the Bajra bar, where Safet Bajri is suspected to have gotten off.
Afterwards, Astmer Bilali burns the vehicle used in the murder.
Twenty minutes later, it's EA, Safet's girlfriend, who was driving the vehicle they left in.
Before investigators, the girl stated that she was in Tirana when the murder occurred, but in fact she lied, as she appears in the footage in Shkodra 20 minutes after the assassination attempt on Lici.
For this reason, SPAK has signed an arrest warrant against her and she has ended up in handcuffs, under suspicion of creating the conditions to commit murder and supporting the perpetrators of the crime.
According to investigators, there are suspicions that she was aware of the incident. SPAK says it was Behar Bajri who hit Ibrahim Lici and Astmer Bilal.
Fatbardh Lici was killed in revenge, as they suspected that Ibrahimi had killed their friend, Boran Bërcana, and his partner, Silvi Ndoci. Boran Bërcana was suspected of being the author of the TNT attack on Pellumb Kulla, the Lici's son-in-law.
Bërcana was friends with Gjin Ndoji, who was killed, according to SPAK, by Behar Bajri. Behar Bajri's safet and Astmer Bilali are now officially charged with the murder of Fatbardh Lici.
They were betrayed by security cameras in the city and, with every move, they were focused.
VNA has published some of the photos of the vehicles that were used in Lici's murder.
Analysis of the footage and other evidence has convinced investigators that Safet, Behar Bajri, and Astmer Bilali are the perpetrators of the murder.
