Safet Bajri's girlfriend, identified by the initials Eria Ago, has been arrested after being suspected of being involved in the murder of Fatbardh Lici in August 2018 in Shkodra.
The show "Në Shënjestër" on News24 shed light on her role in the murder about 7 years ago, revealing that she served as the driver of the vehicle carrying Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri, taking Lici's two executioners to Shkodra on the day of the murder.
The Special Court sentenced her to prison on charges of creating the conditions to commit murder and supporting the perpetrator.
The investigation team is convinced that Fatbardh Lici was executed by Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri and that the drafter of this scenario was Behar Bajri Bajrović, who played with two goals, sometimes with Ibrahim Lici and sometimes with Astmer Bilali.
The show "Në Shënjestër" has revealed what the security camera footage showed in the bar where Fatbardh Lici was executed that early morning of August 10, 2018, and what were the subsequent movements of the execution group that convinced the investigative group that the firing squad was composed of Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri, who drove in a car driven by the latter's girlfriend.
Since Ibrahim Lici was difficult to meet, Behar Bajri, in order to take revenge for the murder of his friend Boran Bërçana, creating a conflict between Astmer Bilal and Ibrahim Lici, staged the murder of the latter's uncle, Fatbardh Lici, as the latter was constantly consuming coffee at the usual time, in the bar rented by his brother Sokol Lici.
According to the investigative group, the fact that Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri traveled in the same car driven by the latter's girlfriend, towards Shkodra, in the early morning hours of August 10, is also proven by security camera footage from various locations where they traveled.
From wiretaps, telephone records and the examination of video footage, it was concluded that Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilali drove towards Shkodra on the morning of the crime, in two different cars. One of which was owned by Denis Brajovic, and then after arriving in the city, they drove to the crime scene in a previously stolen 'Benz' vehicle.
On August 10, 2018, in the early hours of the morning, Safet Bajri (Rustemi), Astmer Bilali and EA, Safet Bajri's girlfriend, set off towards Shkodra in two vehicles, one of the 'Benz' brand with license plate AA 989 TE, used by Safet Rustemi, and the other of the 'Volkswagen' brand with license plate AA 383 PN, used by Denis Brajovic.
After arriving in Shkodra, Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilali got out of their cars and used a stolen gray 'Benz' vehicle, with license plates AA 760 FX. The vehicle they used approached the place where the rented bar of citizen Sokol Lici was located, where almost every day, at the same time, his brother, the victim Fatbardh Lici, who is also the uncle of Ibrahim Lici, used to go and drink coffee.
After seeing the victim sitting outside the bar, the vehicle approached him. It is suspected that Astmer Bilali got out of the passenger door and shot him, leaving him dead.
After committing the murder, according to the investigation team, Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri were seen driving the crime scene car towards the area where the latter lives, where it turns out that Astmer Bilali also burned the car.
After the crime was committed, this same vehicle moved towards the Dobraç area. There it was seen entering the alley that leads to the bar belonging to the 'Bajra' family, from where it is suspected that Safet Bajri (Rustem) got off and then Astmeri, who burned the vehicle, then rejoined Safet.
According to the investigative group, immediately after the crime, Astmer Bilali left Shkodra for Tirana in a 'Volkswagen' vehicle, owned by Denis Brajovic./ "At Target"
