New details have emerged following the arrest of Safet Bajri in Shkodra, on the orders of SPAK.
Sources close to SPAK have stated that Bajri was arrested by order of the GJKKO and that he has been placed under arrest. Security measures have also been imposed on Asmer Bilal and Behar Bajri.
It is suspected that Safet Bajri collaborated with Asmer Bilal to kill Fatbardh Lici and the measure is for this event.
Bilal is currently in Reç prison, where he will be informed of the new charges.
How did the murder of Fatbardh Lici happen?
Fatbardh Lici was executed in a gun attack in the city of Shkodra, while he was drinking coffee in a bar in the "Kiras" neighborhood.
Fatbardh Liçi is one of the suspects in the 2011 murder of Astrit Kurmenaj and the brother of Mustafa Liçi. The 53-year-old is also the brother-in-law (sister's husband) of businessman Lulzim Kulla, known as the "strongman" of Shkodra.
