Shocking details have come to light today from the disappearance of 41-year-old Albanian Gjeorgjia Murati in Thessaloniki. She was massacred by her Greek husband, as the Greek media released serious details.
According to the media, a friend of her partner confessed to the police that together they killed the 41-year-old mother of a 13-year-old child, who was in the 3rd month of pregnancy.
The 41-year-old woman disappeared from her partner's house on New Year's Day, in Kalamaria. As her partner claimed, she sent him a text before disappearing saying: “ Good morning love… I'm at home so see you later. Know that I know you are no longer working because of the lie I asked you to tell to be friends. I want to tell you something: I took money from your drawer... I know you need it, but it is necessary. I will clarify it personally. Please don't be angry with me... I love you ”.
Her partner read the message an hour later while she was sleeping. He replied, but his message was never read. After the investigations, it turned out that it was the partner who allegedly organized the murder and executed the pregnant woman. It is about an amount of nearly 5 thousand euros.
However, the police suspected that the message did not resemble the woman's way of writing, and as reported, she would never make a move to take the money and disappear.
Her partner, who according to information had a criminal record, was at the center of the investigations of the Crimes Against Life Department from the very beginning. His sister had reported that he had violent behavior and had beaten her five times.
At the same time, as it became known on Monday morning, the police did not allow him to travel to Athens to participate in a news panel. As he claimed, the police seized his mobile phone, as they think that valuable information for the investigation can be found.
Earlier, the partner of the 41-year-old in his statements for STAR has asserted that he does not care who calls him a murderer: " It is the first time I hear from you that I am accused on social networks as a murderer. I will not pay attention to you at this stage. The point is to find where Georgia is, no one knows if she is alive or not. We still don't know what is happening ", he said and threatened to file a lawsuit: " I will sue where necessary and in every direction ".

For this case, her 39-year-old partner and one of his friends were arrested and are being interrogated by police officers of the Crimes Against Life Department. The suspects told the police that the unfortunate woman was killed by her partner and that it was the partner who asked the friend to help him get rid of the body.
Both suspects, the 41-year-old's partner and his friend are in custody at the Thessaloniki Police Station. The Tracking Unit is thoroughly checking his friend's car, with which the two people allegedly transported the body, while the Crimes Against Life Unit is going to Nea Triglia, to the place indicated by the partner's friend, where they dumped the body. The 41-year-old had a 13-year-old daughter and was three months pregnant.
