Details from the SPAK operation reveal the scheme of how the traffickers passed the immigrants; a police officer was also among those arrested

Details of the operation against a criminal group of human trafficking emerge. 

The operation to arrest suspects for clandestine trafficking has also brought investigators from Spain, Italy, Kosovo, the USA to our country. Crossing the border was done with fake passports, by land but also by plane.

It is learned that 30 arrest warrants have been issued, while 20 people have been arrested. Thus, 51 controls were carried out, while 6 people were placed under house arrest.

Among those arrested is a policeman. It is also learned that some of the persons for whom an arrest warrant has been issued are currently in prisons abroad. This criminal gang is accused of providing immigrants with false passports.
