Around 09:00, in the "Salo Halili" neighborhood, it is suspected that during a conflict, the citizen ED, 49 years old, who is receiving medical help at the Shkodër Regional Hospital, suffered physical injuries from being hit with hard objects.
The Police Services immediately went to the scene and are continuing the checks to catch the perpetrator.
The investigative group, led by the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
