The court of Tirana has left in prison the educator Majlinda Dehima, who is accused of raping the 3-year-old in the premises of the private kindergarten "Stinët" in the capital.
Before the court, the educator stated that I did not touch the 3-year-old with my hand.
"I am very touched by what has happened, I did not understand the situation at first, I found out the damage later. I apologize to the family members, I am very touched, I would never have wanted such a situation to have happened. " - said Majlinda Dehima in court.
The measure from the prosecutor's office was requested after receiving the footage of the private kindergarten, where violence against minors was seen in several episodes.
Majlinda Dehim is accused of brutally raping a 3-year-old girl in the "Stinët" kindergarten in Tirana. As a result of the violence, the girl suffered a broken leg. She expressed regret for the incident and apologized to her family.
Through the lawyer, Dehima requested a milder security measure. Dehima claimed that he did not hurt the minor girl.
