Two of the leaders of the Çapja group in Elbasan, Bledar Muça and Florenc Çapja, during 2020 had made a pact with Nuredin Duman, to carry out the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari, two brothers in Elbasan and the burning of a curtain warehouse located in the area of Fushë - The king.
The burning of the warehouse was carried out by Nuredin Dumani with the order and financing of Florenc Çapjas, against the 5 thousand euros he paid to Dumani, Eljo Bitri and "Vis Korçari".
But the primary for Florenc Çapjan was the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari, against the fixed price of 200,000 euros with Duman, and the murder of two brothers.
In a subsequent meeting, while Muça, Çapja and Dumani were talking about the issue of murders, Florenci asked him: "...Why don't you agree with Talo Çela...?"
As Nuredin Dumani told in SPAK, that moment he began to doubt that they were together with Talo Çela.
Dumani has left and then started to stay distant, while Florenc Çapja has continuously asked to meet and finish the unfinished business.
"...Florenci, he said to me:"...why the fuck did I do?"
I said: "...since you told me to be friends with Talon, why don't you be friends with Suel Çele?"
He told me: "...I am different with Suel while you are different with Talon...".
I told him: "... everything is closed here now...".
Then we only talked on the phone and I told him: "...we are not, I hope, neither friends nor enemies...".
In the statement given to SPAK prosecutors and BKH officers, Nuredin Dumani explained this moment as follows:
"...the relationship with Florenci and Bledari was broken because during a meeting, the last one, he said to me: Why don't you agree with Talo Çele?
At that moment I suspected that these are together, Florenci and Talon. I was fixed behind the Çapjas' house, near their lands. I gently left and said: "...we will discuss together...".
Then we only talked on the SKY phone and I told him: "...we are not, not even friends anymore, I hope not even enemies...". He told me: "...why did you take a man, what did I do...?. I said: "... since you told me to be friends with Talon, why don't you be friends with Suel Çele...?
He told me: "...I am different with Suel, while you are different with Talon...". I told him: "... everything is closed here now...". And then the conversation ended.
Eljo Bitrin sent me several times to meet them again, but I refused. This is where this meeting ended...".
Dumani has shown that after the divorce with Florenc Çapjan and Bledar Muçë, he connected with Arjan Spahiu and Erjon Alibej, a meeting which was negotiated by Eljo Bitri.
"...I left them and after a few days, I met Arjan Spahina after Eljo Bitri informed me, together with a son of Eljo Bitri's aunt, whom I know as "Fati", who is now in prison in Belgium.
