The hearing for the repentant Justice Nuredin Dumani has been postponed again.
It is learned that he would testify about some criminal events, which he committed in cooperation with the other wanted man, Talo Çela, before they created conflicts with each other.
It is known that before they came into conflict, they cooperated for several assassinations in the city of Elbasan and for a murder in the city of Durrës, where Dumani has shown that he carried out these events in collaboration with Talo Çela.
The prosecution has provided new evidence related to these events and therefore has asked the court for a few more days to verify Duman's testimony with the evidence found.
The next court hearing is scheduled for June 21 at 09:00.
We recall that, on May 30, Dumani was called to court to testify about the process against Altin Ndoc, Klevis Alla, Besian Xixha and Enver Diva, but he refused to speak. These people are accused of murdering Viktor and Bermir Haxhia, as well as Dorian Shkoza and Angelo Avdi.
Earlier, the other repentant justice, Klevis Alla, testified about the murder of the Haxhia brothers, where he showed that Dumani committed the murder with another person, while he was only the driver.
Regarding the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdisa, Henrik Hoxhaj has also testified, who has shown that Dumani prepared everything for 35,000 euros.
Who is Nuredin Dumani?
Nuredin Dumani is a very well-known name for the police. His name was revealed in October 2020, when he was declared wanted as the author of the murder of Bujar Çela, Talo Çela's brother. He is also the suspected perpetrator of the murder of the Haxhia brothers in Durrës, an event carried out in collaboration with Talo Çela, according to the Police and two other people.
Their authorship in this event has been proven by the repentant justice, Klevis Alla, while the two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia were killed after being accused of not having returned a significant amount of money they had left in their service.
The Haxhia brothers, always according to the testimony of Klevis Alla, have stated that they lost the money in January of this year, when their service was stolen, where they also took materials and had no way to return them. Dumani is friends with Klevis Kapllani, executed with 14 bullets on September 15.
He is also accused of being the organizer of the murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdyli, on March 2, 2020. What stands out the most is that in the murder of four young people in Durrës, Dumani collaborated together with Talo Çela, while recently he is accused of killing his brother
Nuredin Dumani is also known to have been connected to a prostitution network that came to light after the denunciation of a girl from Durrës who was trafficked to France. According to her testimony, Dumani was the tutor of the network, who deceived the girls by proposing marriage and in case of refusal he threatened to kill their family members. Also, Nuredini was arrested earlier for theft.
Dumani, also suspected of murdering his friend in Rrogozhinë.
Sipas informacioneve të Policisë së Elbasanit, Nuredin Dumani dyshohet se është i implikuar edhe në vrasjen e shtetasit Klevis Kapllani, me të cilin kishte njohje të hershme dhe shoqëroheshin bashkë. Gjithashtu mësohet se Nuredin Dumani dhe Klevis Kapllani janë nga i njëjti fshat, Sinaballaj, dhe para se Dumani të shpallej në kërkim nga Policia për ngjarjet kriminale, ata shoqëroheshin bashkë në publik.
Burime nga Policia bënë të ditur se Kapllani ka qenë i dënuar dy herë në Itali, si shpërndarës droge. Por tashmë Nuredin Dumani rezulton i shpallur në kërkim nga Prokuroria e Durrësit, pasi akuzohet se është i implikuar edhe në dy ngjarje të rënda në Durrës, me një bilanc prej 4 viktimash, Besmir Haxhia, Viktor Haxhia, Dorjan Shkoza dhe Anxhelo Avdyli, ngjarje të ndodhura në muajin mars dhe maj të këtij viti.
