A 36-year-old man was arrested after shooting with a machine gun in an area outside the residential areas, in the village of Mbrakull in Poliçan.
The services of the Poliçan Police Station, immediately after the information received that EM had fired a firearm, have organized the work for his identification and capture.
As a result, it became possible to identify, capture and handcuff the 36-year-old resident of Otllak, Berat.
The "Shqiponja" Special Forces of DVP Berat stopped him while driving a vehicle, in the village of Mbrakull, Poliçan, immediately after he had fired with an automatic rifle.
During the search of the vehicle driven by the EM citizen, the Police services found the gun and 4 cartridges, which were seized as material evidence.
According to the police, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Berat General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
