The brother of Marsel Çela considers the murder in the bar where the 47-year-old was having a drink last evening in Memaliaj to be a "stab in the back". He was innocent and was a customer in the bar, but the assassins did not spare him because he was near the target.
Overwhelmed by the loss of his beloved man, he demands the arrest of the perpetrators and justice for the execution of the 47-year-old.
" My brother is innocent. He went out to drink coffee. He looked at his work. He worked in Vlora. He left behind two old and sick parents. State of hand wine. "Find the perpetrators an hour ago ," he said.
In an interview with journalist Dorjana Bezat, the 47-year-old's brother warned of self-righteousness if the perpetrators are not caught.
" If he didn't find them, he will force us to put a bandage on our arm and solve it ourselves. We are talking about two innocent lives. The waiter is not to blame either. He worked for a living ," he added.
