GJKKO signed 9 arrest warrants for other former officials of the Municipality of Tirana and businessmen, who are accused of the criminal offenses "Violation of the equality of participation in tenders" and Corruption. The arrested are Mariglen Qato, Redi Molla and Taulant Tusha. While they were forced to appear, Eglantina Zere, Deborah Keçi, Nestor Muhametllari, Julian Zanaj and Albano Janku.
SPAK says that Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato are the real partners and "de facto" owners of the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk Molla and Qato have owned this trading company indirectly, using other people.
The investigations carried out have proven the fact that in the period 2016-2020, during the time that Redi Molla exercised the function of the general director of the company "Ujësjellës-Kanalizime Tirana", the trading company "Igor Elektrik", the same as "5D Konstruksion", received part and was declared the winner in violation of the rules.
