Two road accidents were recorded almost at the same time this afternoon on two different roads in Pogradec, leaving two drivers injured.
It is reported that the first accident occurred on the new road of Qafë Plloçës, where a vehicle went off the road and crashed into the side barriers. As a result, the driver of the vehicle was injured and transported to the Pogradec Hospital for medical assistance.
According to the white shirts, his life is out of danger. Preliminary suspicions are that the driver may have fallen asleep while driving, losing control. Police are at the scene and are investigating to clarify the full circumstances of the accident.
Another accident was recorded on the Pogradec-Lin axis, near the village of Pojskë. In this case, too, a vehicle went off the road and crashed into the side barriers.
As a result, the driver of the vehicle was injured. Police and emergency teams have arrived at the scene, but there is still no official information on his health condition.
Authorities are working to clarify the causes and circumstances of the two accidents.
