The vehicle suspected of being used by the perpetrators of the murder of Roan Brahimi's father, Gjovalin Prendi, in Lezha, has been found burned.
The vehicle, completely burned out, was found near the village of Fushë Gjorm in Lezha.
The vehicle was found about 300 meters from the highway near a canal. Crime scene experts are examining the burned vehicle to shed light on any details of this serious incident.
At least three people are thought to have participated in the assassination attempt that occurred in Pllana where Gjovalin Prendi was killed.
According to sources, the vehicle used in this incident stopped near their business where the two masked suspects got out of the vehicle and fired a barrage of bullets at the nearby Prendi.
The perpetrators were observing their target and as soon as they saw him at the door of the bar, they shot him, the bullets hitting the victim in the chest. At the time of the incident, there were other people present in the bar, including themselves and family members.
