The court of Elbasan has given the security measure to the two people who are accused of sexually abusing a 31-year-old man with disabilities.
The court has set the measure "House arrest" for Rexhep Balla until the incident is fully clarified, meanwhile, the measure "Prison arrest" has been set for the other accused B. Jollen. The latter admitted to the police officers that they stripped the 31-year-old with disabilities.
It was the young man's mother who made the complaint about the sexual abuse of her son.
The 31-year-old's mother owns a coffee bar, next to the subject where the two accused worked as guards and the boy used to go to get her coffee. It is believed that the act took place in the area where the two accused worked as guards.
Meanwhile, the forensic medicine has confirmed the sexual abuse against the 31-year-old with disabilities. The event allegedly happened on April 4.
