A serious event was recorded today in Ballsh, where a 60-year-old man ended his life.
The citizen Petrit Jaupaj was in a difficult emotional state when he ended his life by consuming medical drugs, near his wife's grave.
The 60-year-old was found dead by other citizens in the city's public cemetery.
It is learned that Petrit Jaupaj was a teacher of the subject of Bio-Chemistry at the 9-year-old school "5 Shkurti" in Ballsh, while about a year and a half ago his wife passed away as a result of a serious illness.
The dead body of the 60-year-old was sent to the morgue of the Fier Regional Hospital, for a forensic examination.
"In the cemetery of the city of Ballshi, the citizen PJ, 60 years old, is suspected to have consumed quantities of medical medications and as a result died.
The investigative group is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced.
