A serious incident happened this evening in the city of Fier in the "Liri Gero" neighborhood. An 18-year-old girl injured herself with a firearm.
The teenager was sent urgently to the city hospital.
Meanwhile, the police are at the scene and are investigating the reasons that led the 16-year-old to commit the serious act.
" At around 17:30, citizen AG, about 18 years old, resident in Fier, was transported to the hospital for medical assistance, injured by a gunshot, out of danger to life (preliminarily it is suspected that he wounded himself with a pistol).
The Police Services have found and confiscated the firearm.
The investigative team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances and the cause, as well as for the legal documentation of the case ," said the police.
