Sabah Nuzi is suspected of being the executor of Klevis Lleshi in 2020, and was recognized by the Special Court with the security measure "prison arrest" in exchange for the sum of 50 thousand euros.
According to his lawyer Elton Hysenaj, during the closed-door session he denied involvement in the murder, while the defense attorney requested the invalidation of the Sky ECC communications, through which SPAK was able to shed light on the murder for blood feud motives.
According to SPAK, Sabah Nuzi committed the murder in exchange for payment on behalf of Aurel Hoxha alias Kolaveri, who ordered the crime out of blood feud, after his brother Agim Hoxha was executed and later burned in Great Britain by Arben Lleshi, Klevis Lleshi's cousin.
In Sky ECC communications, Aurel Hoxha says at one point that "I fixed the 4th one", which according to investigators refers to the fourth victim in the Lleshi family, after Xhavit and Hajredin Lleshi had previously been killed and Artan Lleshi disappeared.
Samet Loka, a member of the criminal group led by Aurel Hoxha, was placed under house arrest, as he is suspected of money laundering and criminal group.
The leader of the group, Aurel Hoxha, is on the run, while Sajmir Kolaveri, who is suspected of having played the role of intermediary between him and the perpetrator of the murder, has been arrested in Italy and is awaiting extradition.
SPAK is continuing investigations to shed light on the other 4 murders in the Lleshi family, the most recent being that of Arben Lleshi in the high-security Peqin prison, where he was serving his sentence for the murder of Agim Hoxha in Great Britain.
Aurel Hoxha is also suspected of cocaine trafficking and money laundering./BW
