Two drug distribution cases in the capital are dismantled.
It is reported that of the 7 people involved in this criminal activity, 4 of them have been arrested while 3 others are wanted. They are accused of selling ecstasy, cocaine and cannabis.
During this operation, the police report that they have also discovered 2 entities (a bar and a billiards room) where, in addition to selling narcotics, games of chance were also played.
"Tirana Local Police Directorate/The operation codenamed "Masive" is finalized. In 24 hours, 2 cases of drug sales (Ecstasy, Cocaine and Cannabis Sativa) were cracked, and 2 entities where narcotics were sold and games of chance were discovered.
7 citizens involved in these criminal activities are identified. 4 of them are arrested. Quantities and doses of narcotics, as well as tables for the game "Poker", mobile phones and a vehicle are seized. As a result of the implementation of a series of measures, throughout the territory of the capital, which through operational work and controls, aimed at cracking down on criminal activities in the fields of narcotics and the illegal organization of gambling, the structures under the Tirana Local Police Directorate finalized the operation codenamed "Masive". Within the framework of this operation:
- the services of the Police Commissariat No. 1, in cooperation with specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section, arrested citizens EA, 37 years old, R. Gj., 29 years old and A. Th., 34 years old, because in citizen EA's vehicle and apartment, quantities of the narcotics Ecstasy, Cocaine and Cannabis Sativa were found, which were possessed with the intention of selling, while the other 2 arrested, despite having knowledge, are suspected of not having reported the 37-year-old's involvement in this criminal activity;
- the services of the Police Commissariat No. 3 arrested citizen O. Xh., 21 years old, referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for citizens VL and EB, and they declared citizen AP, 33 years old, wanted, because in one entity (local) owned by the citizen declared wanted, tables for the game "Poker" were found, while in the other entity (billiards) owned by him, the 21-year-old was caught with doses of Cannabis (ready for sale) with him. The 2 persons prosecuted are suspected of having been aware of the adaptation of the first environment, for the illegal organization of gambling and have not reported it to the police. Intensive work is being done to capture citizen A. P", the police announced.
