Cerria, whose photo has been made public, worked as a mason-carpenter and at the same time as a retailer.

The Italian media have revealed that Dritan Idrizi and his 2 friends, related to each other, Quedari and Shoshari, had gone to the farmhouse on Strada San Giovanni in Marignano, on the outskirts of Tavullia, where Artur Cerria lived with his wife and son . The reason was receiving the amount of 5 thousand euros that the victim claimed Cerria owed him.
But the latter refused to pay and then this followed with a fight outside the house. Cerria was hit in the neck with a hammer and at that moment he defended himself by shooting Dritan Idrizi with a knife. All were present at the time of the attack and all ended up in the Pesaro hospital emergency room.
The evidence
In his testimony before the investigators, the author Cerria stated that he heard during the fight it was said: Kill everyone! The police were then called, while the aggressors left, taking Dritan Idrizi with them. The 38-year-old was taken to the Cattolica hospital where he arrived dead. The doctors said that the young man had three stab wounds: one in the heart, one in the spleen and the other in the chest, and that he had lost a lot of blood, which had also caused hemorrhagic shock.
What is behind it?
The first track of the investigation is that of an amount of 5 thousand euros for a work done in construction, but the tracks of the investigation have been expanded.
The Italian media write that the relations between the two families have been tense for some time. The disagreements date back several years, so apart from the people who were present in the attack, other family members of Cerria and one of his friends, who was being investigated for drug trafficking under the security measure of 'house arrest', will also be questioned. The investigators also interrogated members of Idrizi's family and his ex-wife. They also searched the apartment and a black Audi A6 parked in front of the house.
Artur Cerria is accused of murder and will be defended in court by lawyer Matteo Mattioli, while the other two are accused of grievous bodily harm and defended by lawyer Massimiliano Orrù
"Violent and dangerous contexts, with criminal dynamics, revenge and very specific factions that are alarming," was the comment of Pesaro's chief prosecutor, Maria Letizia Fucci, who is investigating the murder that shocked Tavullia on Wednesday evening.
Drug precedents and a suspected track
All those involved in the fight, including the victim, have a history of drug trafficking. The victim himself was also detained and investigated for drug sales in Italy in 2019. He was under house arrest, which he broke at the beginning of this year. On January 5, 2024, the Albanian police arrested Dritan Idrizi on account of the neighboring country, as he was wanted for breaking the arrest warrant, on the previous drug case.
But after a few days of detention, the measure was eased and he was allowed to follow in a free state, to return to Italy to continue the proceedings with the previous measure.
Dritan Idrizi lived in Riccione, Italy, was divorced and the father of a minor daughter.
