A photo taken by Behar Bajri, inside an armored car where he was in the company of Kristjan Kokaj, which was then sent to the prosecutor of Shkodra, Xhevahir Lita, became the reason for the full identification of Behar Bajri as the user of the code " 9E6STL”.
The strongman of Shkodra was traveling with Kristjan Kokaj, the son of Gasper Kokaj, who is also the Dean of the Faculty of Law in Shkodra and the owner of "Rozafa" television in this city.
This has led to the identification of Behar Bajri as the user of this "Sky" code. Behar Bajri was also identified by the Shkodra prosecutor himself, Xhevahir Lita, who has already been charged in the "Metamorfoza" file on charges of corruption in three episodes and "Extraction of secret documents".
"Ora News" has learned that because Xhevahir Lita cooperated with the SPAK special prosecutor's office, on April 11, 2024, the two prosecutors Altin Dumani and Arben Kraja decided to drop the "Structured Criminal Group" charge.
In the testimony given from the premises of the prison, the former head of the prosecution of Kukës, Xhevahir Lita, clearly states that he has shown that the two codes "TIV9E3" and "9E6STL" were used by the strongman of Shkodra, Behar Brajovic alias Bajri.
Xhevahir Lita on December 15, 2023, among other things, stated:
"...regarding the Sky ECC application, which I learned about after reading the decision and receiving more information from the media now that I am in custody, I will explain everything to you, after the conversations that took place reflected in the court decision dated July 23 2023, there are conversations that I have had...". ."...Preliminarily I want to clarify that Pëllumb Gjoka called Behar Brajović by the nickname "Daci" and in the conversations we referred to him as "Daci" without mentioned the name. After Behari Brajović was released from detention, he contacted me on the app where I was talking to Pëllumb Gjoka. I have communicated with Behar Bajri in the application and we have had conversations as well as about the cases when Behar would appear for the execution of the measure as well as appear during the trial of his case...".
Regarding the fact that Behar Brajović used SkyECC, according to the prosecution, the statement of Kristjan Kokaj, who is the son of Gasper Kokaj, the Dean of the Faculty of Law in Shkodër, is also of value.
In Behar Brajović's SkyECC user with the code "9E6STL" in the conversations of March 5 and 6, 2021, photos of Kristian Kokaj, sitting in the back seat of a car and sitting in an armchair, were exchanged between Behar Brajović and Xhevahir Lita in a closed environment.
For these facts on April 4, 2024, BKH officers asked Kristjan Kokaj as a declarant, who, after being presented with the photos exchanged at SkyECC, stated that the person in the photos exchanged is the citizen Kristjan Kokaj himself.
Kristjan Kokaj declares that in the photos where he is sitting in the back seat of a car with a cup of coffee in his hand, he was in Behar Brajović's car, among other things, he declares:
"...in the photos where I am sitting as a passenger, the photo was taken in Behar Brajović's car, and the photo was taken by Behar Brajović, since there was only me as a passenger and Behar Brajović as the driver, there was no other person. The car has It was an armored "Audi" but I don't remember the license plate. While the photo where I was sitting on the sofa, it could have been taken in the cafe or at Behar Brajović's house, I don't know exactly...".
Asked by the officer how it happened in Behar Brajovic's car, Kristjan Kokaj stated that:
"...I don't remember the exact date when this happened, but it must be a few years ago. I can explain to you about the day when the photo was taken, since I have not encountered a passenger in Behar Brajović's car except for this case On the day the photo was taken, I was drinking coffee in my neighborhood. Behar passed by and called me from the car. let's go for a ride...". I took the coffee I ordered and sat in the back seat. While we were driving, Behari told me that he wanted to meet my father, Gasper Kokaj, who is Dean. of the Shkodër Faculty of Law and therefore asked me to call my father to communicate with Behar Brajović..."
The investigation of the communications of SkyECC users "TIV9E3" and "9E6STL" revealed the murder of Gjin Boricci, corruption in the judiciary, the provision of conditions to carry out the murder of Dorian Duli, Ibrahim Licit, Mustafa Licit, Genc Tafilajt, Kleant Musabelliu and many other episodes. others such as drug trafficking and drug cultivation.
The case of Behar Bajri has already been sent for judicial review to the special court, with other defendants such as the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, his driver Edmond Preka, Astmer Bilali, the former head of the investigation of serious crimes in Shkodër, Ardit Hasanbegaj, former the head of the Kukes prosecutor's office Xhevahir Lita and the former chief of operations Oltian Bistri.
