Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha has reacted, after the arrest by the police of Marklen Haka in Nikël.
Hoxha says that Haka is a well-known name for justice, wanted for serious criminal offences. According to the minister, the police performed a professional job today.
He writes that the much-wanted Marklen Haka has been caught with a firearm, while the police are accompanying other people.
"A few minutes ago, the much-wanted Marklen Haka alias Aliu, suspected of participating in a criminal organization and involved in several serious events, fell into the hands of the State Police, after a professional operation of the RENEA Special Forces, based on the information of provided by the Tirana Police.
One of the most important characters of the world of crime was caught in Nikël of Krujë, with firearms, and several other people are accompanying him.
Attempting to avoid facing justice is getting and will get more and more appropriate response from blue uniforms and other law enforcement agencies every day.
This is the moment to congratulate and express respect for the forces engaged in the operation with a high degree of danger" , writes Minister Hoxha.
Marklen Haka was arrested after being wanted as part of the 'Revansh' operation. Haka had been staying in Dubai for a long time, but had recently come to Nikël. He was arrested in a secret operation, after the police had information that he had come to the area of Nikla.
