The former mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla is apparently getting ready to leave the prison cell under the pretext that he "suffers from the heart".
Two forensic experts presented this Monday to the Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, the results of the medical report on former mayor Lefter Alla.
According to experts, Alla has health problems with his heart and that his stay in the cell is not suitable for his condition.
Next Monday at 12:00 it is expected that Alla will appear before the Special Court to get acquainted with the decision against him for a milder security measure than "prison arrest".
In this session, the positions of the parties to the acts and how this conclusion was reached by the experts will be discussed.
Lefter Alla was arrested for violation of equality in tenders and abuse of office, while 10 other former officials of the municipality headed by him, including the businessman who won the tender, Aqif Konesha, ended up in handcuffs.
