The Court of Tirana has set the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for Dervish Hasi.
The doctor is accused by the prosecution of trafficking minors and pornography.
Today, a part of Dervish Hasi's statement in court was revealed.
"Never in my life have I ever done trafficking or pornography with my wife. If I did them, then I agree to stay in prison," he said.
Also, Hasi has claimed before the court that earlier he applied to the court for authorization to marry a minor, because the law stipulates that authorization is required after the age of 16 when a marriage is claimed.
The 42-year-old surgeon by profession was arrested by the Tirana police on Thursday, as the tutor of a minor girl.
Dervish Hasi, a cardiac surgeon by profession, at the Sanatorium, university hospital "Shefqet Ndroqi" in Tirana, who is known as a Muslim believer, had 3 other women, whom he kept in his apartment, under the justification of faith.
Sources indicate that the minor girl used to go to doctor Hasi's house in time intervals of 3 to 4 days and for a period of 2 years it is suspected that sexual intercourse was performed with him regularly.
The girl, who was taken by the police and sent to her parents' house, is expected to undergo a full examination to confirm the suspicions.
Initially, the police received a complaint about her exploitation for prostitution, as immediately the blues managed to secure complete evidence through interceptions and communications that the minor girl carried out with the 42-year-old Hasi and a chat group in which they talked and everyone shared intimate videos, including the other wives of the 42-year-old.
In the hands of the investigators are important evidences that prove the abuse of the minor, for which no denunciation was made by the family members.
In his testimony before the investigators, doctor Hasi stated that the minor went to his house of her own free will and was never taken violently.
"Services of Police Station No. 1, after the report filed at the police station, that a minor was used by a citizen, for prostitution, they immediately organized the work for the legal documentation of the case in question and bringing the author to criminal responsibility.
Following the investigative actions carried out for this case, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 1, they arrested the citizen Dervish Hasi, 42 years old, a resident of Tirana", informs the police.
