A couple living in Tirana, Klarita Seitllari, 40 years old, and Klodjan Kondi, 45 years old, were arrested by the police after being accused of selling drugs and contraband mobile devices.
During the search in the 45-year-old's shop, the police found and seized 47 mobile devices that are suspected to have been smuggled into our country.
Meanwhile, in the woman's pharmacy, the Police services seized quantities of drugs that were not accompanied by stamps and were not registered at the customs points.
" Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force, in the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, following the work for the prevention, identification and suppression of criminal activity in the field of goods smuggling, based on the information received during the operation, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Couple".
As a result, citizens KS, 40 years old, and KK, 45 years old, both residents of Tirana, were arrested.
During the control in the subject of the KK citizen, the Police services found and seized, as material evidence, 47 mobile devices, which are suspected to have been smuggled into our country.
Also, during the inspection of the subject of the KS citizen, the Police services found and seized, as material evidence, quantities of drugs not accompanied by the AKBPM stamp and not registered at the customs points.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions. "- announced the police.
