Fier police arrested one of the perpetrators of the axe attack on a 58-year-old man, an incident that occurred in the village of Shtyllas.
Police arrested Pashuk Paluca and are searching for his son Ndue Paluca in connection with the axe attack on Llesh Marku. The latter is in hospital under the care of doctors after suffering injuries caused by the axe attack.
Police notification
On Saturday morning, a citizen was injured with a cutting tool in the village of Shtyllas.
Immediately after receiving the notification, the services of the Fier Police Commissariat went to the scene and thanks to the timely response, they arrested and escorted one of the suspected perpetrators.
Citizen PP and his son, citizen NP, are suspected of having, during a conflict for weak motives, attacked citizen Ll. M., 58 years old, who is in the hospital under the care of doctors, with a cutting tool (axe).
At the conclusion of the procedural actions, specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Crimes Against the Person arrested citizen PP, 63 years old, in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder", committed in collaboration, remaining in the attempted stage.
Intensive efforts are being made to capture his son, citizen NP, 40 years old, resident of the village of Shtyllas.
The cutting tool (axe) with which the perpetrators struck the 58-year-old was seized as material evidence.
The materials were passed on for further action to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier.
