A 28-year-old man has been arrested by police in Vlora after, during a conflict for still unknown reasons with a 34-year-old man, he stabbed the latter and damaged his vehicle.
The Blues announce that the 28-year-old identified as Kejvi Bendaj has first violated the 'house arrest' security measure imposed on him by the court.
The 34-year-old has also been placed under investigation, as he is suspected of threatening the 28-year-old with a shotgun and damaging his vehicle.
"As a result of quick actions, citizen Kejvi Bendaj, 28 years old, resident of Panaja, was arrested in flagrante delicto, who had violated the security measure "House arrest", imposed by the Court, for the criminal offenses "Intentional serious injury" and "Destruction of property".
Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated at large for citizen B. B (H)., 34 years old.
Citizen KB is suspected of having stabbed citizen BB and damaged his vehicle for weak motives. Then, citizen B. B went to citizen KB's apartment, damaged his vehicle and threatened him with a shotgun that he possessed without a permit.
"Citizen BB received treatment and is out of danger to his life. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Vlora Court of First Instance, for further action," the police announced.
