A group of Albanian robbers, father and daughter among them, traveled from Laçi to enter England illegally. The English prosecution says that they robbed 33 houses in the span of 4 months.
The victim of the robbery was the star of the English national team, and Chelsea footballer Raheem Sterling, from whose home they took 10 expensive Rolex watches worth 300,000 pounds.
The Daily Mail reports that a family of Albanian thieves used a ladder to break into Raheem Sterling's home. The Albanian "hawks" also stole the houses of several other footballers in Surrey, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire.
The only one arrested from the gang of Albanian robbers is Emiliano Krosi, 24 years old, who appeared before a court where he admitted only 15 of the 33 robberies for which he is accused. The other accused who are all Emiliano Croce's cousins fled England to escape punishment.
According to the prosecutor of the case, this group carried out the first robbery on November 12, 2022 and the last one on March 15, 2023.
Albanians Gerrard Kalaja, Henri Osmani and Alfred Isufi were part of the team in these 33 house robberies. In one of the robbed houses, the police found the DNA of Gerrard Kala, Alfred Isufi and his father.
Amiliano Krosi, along with others, were to be arrested in the Kent area on January 27, 2023, on charges of robbery, but they were released under the obligation to appear. In a house where they lived in the Harroë district of London, the police found £6,000 in cash, lots of jewellery, a box of tools for opening doors.
When the police arrested Emiliano Krosi for the second time, conversations were found on his phone with several other Albanians to whom he sold stolen Rolex and Cartier watches.
