The Lushi family in Nikiloq i Hasi today opened the mortuary doors for 57-year-old Rexh Lushi and Fatima Lushi who lost their lives as a result of the fire that broke out in their apartment around 01:00 on September 19.
A fellow villager of the 57-year-old said that there was no way to help them.
It even shows the moments when the wife called Rexh Lushi to come out of the burning apartment after she got out, but she didn't hear a sound.
" Rexha lived here, while her children emigrated. Her brothers also emigrated to England. She herself lived with her daughter-in-law and her mother. At 1 o'clock in the morning she went out and called the police. She went in to get her mother out. from the house. The wife came out and called him: Come on out, but she didn't come out, she stayed inside ," says Shkozet Bebexia, another fellow villager of the victims.
Neighbors have narrated the moment when they found the bodies of the victims.
" We found Rexha still burning (burning) in the kitchen. We took it out. It was completely damaged, completely melted ," says Neritan Koka, a resident of the village.
They believe that the fire may have been caused by an electrical problem.
