The Head of Crimes at the Përmet Police Station, Dhurim Çenko, has been suspended from duty while a disciplinary investigation has been launched against him for the incident that occurred a few days ago, when it was reported that a 16-year-old girl was sexually abused by her stepfather, a police officer, and another police officer, Artur Ago, who performed obscene acts on video with her.
The structures of the Vlora-Gjirokastër Regional Directorate of the AMP have been notified of all police officers, including Dhurim Çenko, who the police had information about being implicated in the sexual scandal.
Regarding the incident, the Court in Gjirokastra has ordered the arrest measure "indefinite imprisonment" for PB and has declared another police officer from the Tepelena police station, Artur Ago, wanted.
According to the Gjirokastra Prosecutor's Office, the two blackmailers threatened the police officer, Artur Ago, that they would publish the images on social networks if he did not pay the sum of 10 thousand euros. The police officer refused to pay and fled to Greece. Meanwhile, the Gjirokastra prosecutor's office deepened the investigation, revealing that the 16-year-old had been sexually abused for 3 years by her stepfather, with the initials PB, 55 years old, once a police officer in Tepelena.
