Other details emerge from the SPAK file regarding the murder of Fatbardh Lici, for which Behar Bajri was also arrested by order of the Special Prosecution and decision of the GJKKO.
In the SPAK file where Behar Bajri, along with Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilal, are accused of being the organizers and executors of Fatbardh Lici on August 10, 2018 in Shkodra, it is stated, among other things, that Behar is the one who brought Ibrahim Lici into conflict with Astmer Bilal.
"Analyzing the aforementioned communications, video footage and locations of the individuals, it results that the person under investigation, Behar Bajri Brajović, attributes the murder of citizen Boran Bërçana to citizen Ibrahim Lici, and prepares the conflict between citizens Ibrahim Lici and Astmer Bilali."
He conducts the communications out loud (viva voce) so that the other people present can hear the conversations where Ibrahim refers to the fact that Astmeri has stolen Arjan's ducks.
"After the conflict arises, Safeti calls Astmer to go to Tirana at nine o'clock in the evening. After Astmer arrives in Tirana, he is told about the fact that Ibrahimi has called him a thief and there begins an argument between them, which continues until late at night," the file states, VNA reports.
The clash between Lici and Bilal took place as they were organizing the murder of Fatbardh Lici in revenge for the execution of their friend Boran Bërçana.
In the murder of Fatbardh Lici, Astmer Bilali and Behar Bajri, who called Ibrahim "godfather", refused to go for consolation. It turns out that Safet Bajri's girlfriend EA, who is now in custody, was also involved in the murder of Fatbardh Lici.
Referring to the publications, one of the vehicles "Mercedes Benz CL", white, was driven by Eria, which according to SPAK, is confirmed through the communications she had with Astmer Bilal. With this car, Eria Aga traveled from Tirana to Shkodra together with Astmer Bilal, in whose car Astmer forgot the sweatshirt, which is suspected to be the shooter in the murder of Fatbadh Lici.
Astmer Bilali, in the stolen gray "Benz 220" car, was a passenger, while it was driven by Safet Bajri. This car was filmed throughout its entire route, from the time it arrived in front of the bar where Fatbardh Lici was sitting, until it was burned. Bilali, dressed in black, got out of the car to commit the murder, shot several times and drove away at speed.
Eria Ago was arrested on February 26 on charges of supporting the perpetrator, while her ex-boyfriend Safet Bajri was also arrested on February 21. SPAK accuses the trio Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali of having collaborated to organize and commit the premeditated murder in the form of a structured criminal group.
The motive for Lici's murder, according to SPAK, is related to Behar Bajri's suspicion that Ibrahim Lici had killed a member of their group, former police officer Boran Bërçana, on July 15, 2018, who was executed in a car with his partner Silvi Ndoci, while the 3-year-old child survived. For this event, which the authorities have not yet solved, a month later the Bajri took revenge by killing Lici's uncle.
