Two members of the Bajri group, Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani, have surrendered to the Shkodra Police.
Two young men, Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani, wanted for the massacre of 4 victims in Dobraç, have surrendered to the Shkodra police. The two young men are suspected of being part of the Bajri group in Shkodra.
Sakica and Troshani were escorted to the authorities in the presence of defense attorney, Sokol Tahiraj.
Their names have been rumored to be involved in several criminal events, including the assassination attempt in Dobraç where Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and 2 innocent citizens were killed.
Sakica and Troshani are also wanted for another incident that occurred earlier on August 23, 2024 in Bushat, Shkodra, where it is suspected that there was an exchange of fire between them and the two brothers Andrea and Aleksandër Prendi.
How did the incident happen?
The assassination took place on October 30, 2024 on the 'Shkodër - Koplik' road in the Dobraç area. Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were traveling in a Mercedes Benz C-Class vehicle with French license plates when they were shot with automatic fire from a car.
Lici, who was the driver, appears to have lost control and crashed the motorcycle in which citizen Flutura Basha, 56, and her husband Bashkim Basha were traveling, who lost their lives.
In the victims' car, the police found three pistols, one belonging to Bushati, the casings of which were found inside, another belonging to Lici, near his feet, and a third in the dashboard, suspected to belong to the person who escaped. Meanwhile, in the perpetrators' burned car, two automatic rifles were found, the same ones used in the assassination attempt.
