Arben Lamçja is accused by SPAK of laundering the proceeds of the crime of Franc and Hajdar Çopja, from whom the Special Prosecution Office has seized dozens of assets, as well as $10 million in cryptocurrency.
Extradited in August 2024 from Kosovo, he was wanted as a hitman in the Golden Bullet 2 case, one of the Çopja brothers' trusted soldiers.
During October-November 2020, he secured the conditions to kill Nuredin Dumani, now a fugitive from justice, on behalf of Franc Çopja, 250 thousand euros for his capture, 500 thousand euros to kill him.
Arben Lamçja is accused by SPAK of laundering the criminal proceeds of the Copja brothers by purchasing property in his name and that of the Copja family.
