New details are revealed regarding the failed assassination attempt with firearms against two people in the "Donika Kastrioti" neighborhood in Berat.
It is learned that the two targets of the assassination attempt were Antonio Merkaj and Apostol Dhëmbi (friends between them). They were at "Karaburant Merko" when a vehicle, a black Ford, was fired at them.
Merkaj and Dëmbi ran from the gas station in the direction of the hospital, while the car followed them from behind, firing Kalashnikov volleys in their direction. While the two targets left inside the neighborhood "Donika Kastrioti", the assassins quickly left the scene.
Fortunately, no one was injured by the Kalashnikov barrage, neither the targets nor bystanders. It is learned that the perpetrators of the assassination are the two brothers Fatjon and Marko Maloku, residents of the "Donika Kastrioti" neighborhood in Berat.
According to the data, provided by confidential sources, it is known that the conflict between two groups started in the Greek state due to the disruption of drug deals between them. The police, after identifying the perpetrators, are working to arrest them.
