One day after the shooting in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood in Shkodër, the police investigate the incident and arrest the perpetrator who tried to kill the 24-year-old with a firearm.
The Blues of Shkodra inform that the 50-year-old man with the initials M. Ç, a resident of Shkodra, has been arrested.
"As a result of quick and professional police actions, organized and carried out immediately after the conflict between the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and M. Ç., which happened at around 4:00 p.m. yesterday, in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood, the services of the Commissariat of The Shkodër police located, captured and arrested the citizen involved in the conflict, M. Ç., 50 years old, a resident of Shkodër," the police announced.
During an ongoing conflict, the 50-year-old shot yesterday afternoon with a firearm against the 24-year-old.
From the investigations, it is suspected that the 50-year-old man, due to a momentary conflict, for weak motives, tried to kill the RM citizen, 24 years old, resident of Shkodër, with a pistol. No citizen was harmed by the shooting.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions
