A serious incident occurred on Saturday evening in Tirana, where a father stabbed his son, causing his death.
The crime occurred in the apartment located on "Ilia Shyti" street in the Kodra e Prifti area. According to the data, the father Hekuran Gjoni stabbed his son, Asim Gjoni, who lost his life on the way to the hospital.
74-year-old Hekuran Gjoni and his son, Asim, 37, were involved in an argument between them, which appears to have precipitated the use of a knife.
It is reported that both father and son were intoxicated. The suspected perpetrator of the crime admitted to the police, who escorted him a few minutes after the crime.
Police are also questioning family members to shed more light on the serious incident.
