Other details have emerged regarding the scandal of a week ago in Korça, where Alma Beqiri was arrested after being accused of embezzling large sums of money through fraud.
It was the businessman of the postal company "Albania Deliveri Express" (ADEX), Foto Zeneli, who confessed that millions of ALL were taken from the woman in question through fraud.
"Ora News" disclosed the testimony of Zeneli, who revealed that he was deceived by the managerial agent Alma Beqiri, whom he had hired for the region of Korça and Pogradec.
It is also known that most of the financial sums that Alma Beqiri earned through the company "ADEX" have been invested in properties and online marketing services.
We remind you that since the beginning of June, Alma Beqiri has been arrested by the Korça prosecutor's office, who is currently kept isolated in prison.
The complaint against her came from Foto Zeneli, who has shown that she accidentally discovered the frauds of the agent, who was playing a double game. Beqiri was simultaneously employed by a postal company, competing in the field of mail with "ADEX".
"...as an indication to detect the fraud, I was served by a client who pressed my leg for a significant value that was delivered to the Pogradec office, which captured a value of 15,000 euros for a period of one week and the liquidation was not done by of postage for value. At this moment, I had doubts because I did not see receipts in euros for the Pogradec post office at a time when the client insisted on the amount in euros. At this time, I contacted Alma to make the payment of the money and the obligations, but I did not know that there were other deposits on her part and her sentence was that I will pour it into the account. This led me to look at all the daily amounts for the delivered objects based on the months that Alma had to deposit into the company account so that we could liquidate the customers…"-said the businessman, Photo Zeneli.
The businessman further told the police that: "...in 2022 I realized that the agency in Korça, in this case Alma Beqiri, during 2021-2022 had not deposited significant amounts of money in lek and euro from the facilities delivered to the city of Korca and Pogradec...".
According to him, the amount of non-deposits has been staggering and more specifically for the period 2021-2022 at the Korça point, 223,402 thousand euros and 128,061,025 million lek have not been deposited in the account, and for the period of 2021 - for the Pogradec point there was no deposited 342,746 thousand euros and 137,498,525 million lek. So in total for the period 2021-2022 for the entire region of Korça, Alma Beqiri did not deposit 566,142 thousand euros and 265,559,550 million ALL.
"... I have asked Alma Beqiri since October-November 2022 to have a face-to-face meeting as, in addition to the amounts he had not collected from me, he had also collaborated with a competing post office which he had installed next to the office of " ADEX" and all the production of "ADEX" was transferred to the other postal company, which caused damage to my company and we lost the production of postal facilities in the city of Korça. From 150-200 packets a day, it went to 10 packets and there was a significant reduction. But Alma has kept me hopeful at every moment, that I will come to meet and I have not had the opportunity to come. During the month of October-December 2022, when I had determined the real amount of the financial bull and rather I wanted a meeting that production had fallen in the region of Korça..." - said the businessman.
Foto Zeneli, tregon se në muajin Shkurt 2023, ka shkuar në Korçë dhe ka takuar Almën. Zeneli i ka kërkuar agjentes së tij, që të mos e mbyllte zyrën në Korçë, por të vijonin bashkëpunimin deri në shlyerjen totale të tij. Ndërkohë Alma Beqiri vazhdonte punonte për kompaninë tjetër postare dhe i është kthyer me një komunikim agresiv.
“…unë i kam thënë që do të bëj kallzim dhe do të denoncoj, por ajo më është kthyer duke më thënë:“…ik, ku të duash…”. Më pas kam komunikuar dhe informuar babain e saj shtetasin Pëllumb Beqiri, i cili në dijeninë time ishte punonjës i zyrës dhe mbante marrëdhëniet financiare me kompaninë. Pëllumbi, më ka thënë do flas me Almën, se nuk di gjë dhe s’kam dijeni…”-shprehet biznesmeni Zeneli.
Por gjatë kësaj periudhe disa nga punjonjësit e kompanisë, e kanë njoftuar se Alma Beqiri, ka marrë si avokat për këtë ceshtjem avokatin Jordan Daci.
“…duke qënë se Alma, ndërpreu komunikimin me mua kam kontaktuar të vëllain e avokatit pasi kisha njohje të drejtpërdrejtë, i cili më ka mbyllur një takim me avokatin për të konsumuar një kafe. Kam takuar avokatin, ku më ka thënë konkretisht “…t’i zotëri, ti je viktimë dhe realisht je shumë i fortë qe e ke përballuar këtë lloj situate…”. Po ashtu Jordan Daci, më ka thënë se Alma Beqiri, është e ndërgjegjshme për dëmin që të ka shkaktuar dhe është e hapur, duke më autorizuar mua pra avokatin për të bërë një marëvëshje për një shumë 800.000 mijë euro, të cilën do ma shlyente me një afat kohor 5 vjeçar me këste, cdo 6 muaj dhe me 100 000 mijë euro në momentin e nënshkrimit të marvëshjes. Në këto momente dhe në vazhdimësi, i kam mëshuar faktit se shuma nuk ishte 800.000 mijë euro, por më e madhe. Madje i kam thënë që pranoj ta nënshkruaj dhe këtë vlerë por me kushte…”-tregon biznesmeni.
Sipas tij, kushti i parë ishte që avokati apo Alma, të më sillte një audit për përcaktimin e dëmit real financiar të shkaktuar nga Alma.
Kushti i dytë, që i kam thënë avokatit ishte të më vendoste garantues familjarët si dhe çdo pasuri e paluajtshme që Alma apo familjarë të mos shiteshin, por të ngriheshin deri në momentin e shlyerjes totale të detyrimit.
Kushti i tretë, këstet mujore dhe jo 6 mujore pasi ishte kohë e gjatë.
Kushti i katër, duke qënë se Alma një pjesë të lekëve i ka investuar në disa kompani tregetare për llogari të vet dhe familjarëve nga të cilat rrjedhin shitje “online”, të gjitha objektet postare nga këto aktivitete të kalonin jo nëpërmjet kompanive të tjera postare por nëpërmjet kompanisë “ADEX”. Se jo vetëm po punonte me lekët e mija por dhe përdorte shërbime të tjera postare.

"... with the lawyer, I met twice physically and other times, I kept in touch through the phone number, who sent me a draft agreement on "WhatsApp" and did not reply to me about the conditions that I told him . But he quoted me, from this moment I am speaking to you as Alma's lawyer.
