"I was not at home for two days after my sister was born. The police came to my house yesterday but they didn't tell me anything about what it was about. I was only asked about Edison, but I have not been able to communicate with him. I heard about the accusation from the news. It has no chance of being true. I suspect it may be some anger issue. To my knowledge, there has never been a conflict with the girl's family, even the girl and her sister came often and here at Edison's work, they called me "teta". My husband is a regular, family man, we have been together for 13 years and have three children", said the wife of the suspected author.
Edison Shemes' mother says: "The girl's father was close friends with the other son I have in Greece. What happened to us is because of competition because my sons are very hardworking".
On the other hand, due to the serious psychological condition of the girl's father, his brothers (the minor's uncles) also reacted off camera:
"We found out about the case through television. We didn't know anything, because even our brother didn't tell us. We noticed that yesterday my brother's family was not at the stable, nor at home, and it occurred to us that something might be wrong. We haven't spoken to my brother, he came to the stable in the morning today and left without speaking to us. Edison should be punished for what he has done, we can't believe it and we didn't think it would get to this point".
The warehouse in which it is suspected that Edison Sheme had sexual relations with the minor is located next to the stable where the girl's family kept cattle.
The prosecution has seized the camera server located in the interior and exterior of the warehouse, which will shed light on the serious event.
