Some new details have emerged from the placement of the tritol the day before in the apartment of citizen Frida Sala and her son Dori Sala.
It is known that one of the main tracks where the prosecution body and the local police of Shkodra are focused is related to the activity of the 62-year-old's son.
The police have doubts that this event that shook the "Tom Kola" neighborhood in the early hours of the morning of March 25 is related to the involvement of citizen Dori Sala in an online betting company.
The fight between criminal groups for the dominance of online betting is suspected to have led to the placement of a tritol in this citizen's apartment.
The prosecution and the police suspect that Dori Sala is the manager of the betting company's internet servers. Despite this line of investigation, the person in question, who was placed on the door of the house, has denied such a fact, saying that the only job is in an Internet company. Citizen Dori Sala has also stated that there is no conflict and he has no idea who the perpetrators could be.
"The only job I do is at an internet company and I have nothing to do with anything else. I don't know who the perpetrators could be, since I have no conflict and I don't know the reason for this event," declared the citizen, whose apartment was attacked with explosives.
However, the police and the prosecution consider Dori Sala's involvement in the sports betting company as the most likely clue, and it is thought that this attack on him is a warning not to deal with online betting anymore. The incident happened around 3:40 a.m. the day before when a tritoli exploded at the door of the Sala family's house. This amount of tritol caused only material damage while the whole family, the citizen Frida Sala, together with her son Dori Sala and his wife and children were in the apartment.
Police forces immediately arrived at the scene, starting investigations to determine the amount of tritol. The operatives have managed to secure the images of the moment of the suspected author who comes on a motorcycle with a spacesuit on his head and after throwing the explosive substance in the Sala family's apartment, he leaves quickly.
From the cameras, the police have not been able to identify the perpetrator until now because of the spacesuit he was wearing on his head. The 62-year-old Frida Sala, who works at the Hani i Hoti customs office at the scale, weighing the goods that enter and leave the customs office, has stated that she has no conflicts with anyone, while for the prosecution, the work at the customs office does not stand as an investigation track because for a few months this citizen retires. The police and the prosecutor's office are continuing their investigations to fully clarify this event of the tritol explosion.
