The merciless beating and killing in December 2018 of Endri Alibej, known as "Tarzani", his uncle Arben Dylgjeri and their Turkish friend, Erdal Duranay, finally broke the Çopja-Alibej friendship and their cooperation in cocaine trafficking.
They were killed by two different automatic weapons, from which 24 cartridges were fired.
That very evening of the triple murder in Bradashesh, the Çopja brothers and their father had passed away.
But despite this pain, they did not give up the plan to kill Endri Alibej, hitting the latter on the day their father passed away.
The two brothers Hajdar and Franci Çopja activated the group of hired killers led by Talo Çela, a group in which Dashnor Dumani, the brother of the associate of justice, Nuredin Dumani, was a member.
At the time of the triple murder, Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbi was in Peq as he was distributing turkeys to some friends of his family. But he was informed by his wife about the serious crime, and he headed towards Bradashes.
The event was quite serious due to 3 victims. While the Alibej family had no doubts about the Çopja brothers, since Franc Çopja was also at the funeral of his friend, Endrit Alibej.
Erjon Alibej's first suspicions fell on a single person named John Rusta. The latter is the first cousin of Suel Çela in Elbasan and was wounded in 2018 by Erjon Alibej, shooting him 3 times with a gun, where one of the bullets pierced the skin of his stomach.
The journalist of "Ora News" Elton Qyno previously reported that for this event Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbi, was charged with "Threat with a weapon" and "Unauthorized possession of weapons" and in December 2020 he pleaded guilty and sentenced to 2 years in prison.
The Prosecution of Elbasan, during the reading of the claim, demanded a 5-year prison sentence for Erion Alibej alias Agim Shurbi, taking into account the shortened trial. While the court initially imposed a sentence of 3 years of imprisonment and considering the shortened trial, this sentence was finally reduced to 2 years of imprisonment.
According to the investigation file, the incident happened in 2018 in Elbasan, where Alibej shot 3 times with a pistol in the direction of John Rusta. Rusta was slightly wounded with two bullets in the buttocks and one that touched the skin of the abdomen.
Meanwhile, the cause of this gun collision was that John Rusta overtook Erjon Alibejn with an "Audi" car, and the latter fired a gun at him in the middle of the road from his car.

Kjo pasi Erjoni para disa muaj kishte goditur me armë Xhonin dhe kushërinjtë Rusta-Çela, kishin goditur për hakmarje. Aq më tepër që dhe vetë vrasësit e vërtetë të kësaj ngjarje, Franci dhe Hajdar Çopja e Mikael Kamami, i thoshin Erjon Alibej se masakrën e trefishtë e kishte bërë Suel Çela.
Të njëjtën linjë dyshimi Erjon Alibej ka marë dhe kur ka shkuar tek grupi i Çapjave në Elbasan të cilët sipas tij i kanë thënë se:
“...ju ka vra Suel Çela, asnjë tjetër nuk e bënte këtë tragjedi përveç atyre, se ska arsye se pse…”.
Nisur nga këto dyshime Erjon Alibej fillon të kërkojë Suel Çelën për t'i kërkuar llogari këtij të fundit se çfarë kishte ndodhur dhe pse kishte goditur njerëzit e tij.
Unë gjatë kësaj kohe komunikova me Suelin, nëpërmjet telefonit të kriptuar që ma sjell një njeriu i tij. Fjalët e Suelit kanë qënë këto:
”…unë nuk të kam hak e hile. Bahu i fortë dhe ki durim se çdo gja ka për të dalë. Nuk e di se sa mund të zgjasë, por çdo gjë ka për të dalë. Unë po mundohem që edhe unë të zbuloj. Më ke në mbështetje më ke në krahë. Vetëm bëj durim, nuk jam unë, nuk është Xhoni, nuk është askush në këto llafe që po flasim nga ana ime. Në qoftëse ty të del një fjalë, vetëm një fjalë që e vërteton me fakt që është Xhoni, unë do ta sjell me duart e mia, pranë teje dhe masakroje. Port ë jesh I qartë që në qoftëse të del Xhoni, Xhoni nuk bën asnjë lëvizje dot pa mua…”.
Sipas Erjon Alibej këto kanë qenë fjalët e Suelit. Ai ia ka kthyer duke i thënë fjalët:
“...kush mund të jetë tjetër…?” i them.
“…Po pse, tha, ti dyshon te unë prap…?-më tha'.
I thashë: “…Po kush mund të jetë tjetër…?”.
Më tha: “…Këtë nuk e di tha, por ki durim se do të dale…”- dhe i kam dhanë telefonin atij djalit që më erdhi dhe i kam thanë mere se nuk kam ça flas më me të.
Për një periudhë të gjatë jam interesuar vetë personalisht, me lidhjet e mija shoqërore por edhe me shoqërinë e Endritit, si dhe familjarët e mi, për të gjetur informacione për personat e atentatit ndaj Endritit dhe familjarëve të mi.
Ishte një kohë që flitej se atentatin e kanë bërë vëllezërit Çopja, Hajdar Çopja, Franc Çopja.
Në këtë kohë kam vajtur në Hollandë dhe kam takuar Suel Çelën, periudha nuk më kujtohet saktësisht. Për këtë takim më ka ndihmuar një shok i Endritit. Në Hollandë unë kam qëndruar në Rotterdam, kurse Sueli, ishte në Den Haag (Hagë).

These were his words, Erjon Alibej told SPAK.
