A part of the SPAK file related to the Bradashes massacre is whitewashed. In this episode of the file, Erion Alibej's confession is revealed in full, from the moment he receives the news about the murder of his brother and uncle, until the moment he reveals the perpetrators of the incident.
In this part of the file, the now repentant justice, Erion Alibej tells how his wife called his friend Besmir Lala to tell him that Endriti died together with Arben Dylgjeri (the brothers' uncle) and their Turkish friend, Erdal Duranay were executed in Bradashesh. The young man, already arrested, says that he is the first to see and checks the victims if they were still alive, but realizes that all three had died from the bullets.
PART OF ERION ALIBEJ'S STORY:
I want to give an explanation for one of the most serious events that happened to my family, which is actually a tragedy for my family, from which even today many members of my family are still suffering. On December 29, 2018, my brother Endrit was assassinated in Bradashesh, he was traveling in a Range Rover. All three have passed away. Erdali had come to Albania 1 day before. In the morning, that day, Endriti together with Erdal and our son-in-law Besmir Lala, were in Tirana, they stayed at Manxo teklokali in the center of Tirana behind the vetting building, they stayed until 12:30 and then they returned to Elbasan. Endriti and Erdal, along with all the members of my family, including my uncle Arben Dyldjeri, were my uncles in the village of Përparim, during lunch and in the late evening hours. My whole family was there, my uncle's family, about 15 people. I joined them later as during the holiday season I was handing out turkeys to our closest people. That day I remember that I was distributing turkeys in Durrës and in Tirana as well as in Elbasan. I remember that in Elbasan I had several orders that I had not delivered yet. I took some turkeys to the house of Sandër Baho, who that morning had been in Tirana with Endrit and the Turk and after he had returned he had gone urgently to Elbasan. I gave the order to Besmir Lala, then together with him we went out to give a last order to a notary called Klevi, I don't know his last name but I had a lot of respect for him. The moment Klevi gets out, I tell him I'm not going out, because I know the reason why I'm not going out, but I open his trunk from the car and find that you have them in the trunk. As he opens the trunk, he takes the chickens, Bess's phone rings. When the phone rang, it was my daughter-in-law screaming and crying, I could hear her. I didn't have a phone in that period because I was worried about being eavesdropped, lest the police catch me. At that moment, I hear Bess who was shouting and screaming, my daughter-in-law on the other side tells me: Soon, they have Endrit's knees at the Bradashes roundabout. 'How?, I said, how are Endrit's knees, what did I tell him?". Then I say to Klevi: Close, close, close, close the door I say quickly. And that street at the moment I was in front of the bar Din Çamit is Mikael Qose's aunt's husband. At that moment, I heard that my daughter-in-law was screaming, and I saw the white X6 that was owned by Mikael Qose to stop, how long does he stop, he looks at me and comes directly towards me, lowers the glass and I say "do you have an iron there? (*weapon). He tells me right where 'no why what?' I remember that upstairs he was with another person, but later I identified him as Ervis Çopjan, Viçe we call him. "He doesn't tell me exactly why there is a crack?, I don't give him any explanation, he raises the glass and runs away with a rescuer directly to the scene of the incident.I see that there was no one there, only his family members. I go to the car, the door was open and I see that Endrit had taken bullets, he was completely bleeding and I put his head on his chest, I grabbed him by the face and put his head on his chest to make him sleep, there was no reaction. I look at my uncle, he was dead, the Turk was also dead, I just look at them with my eyes./ THE VOICE
