Due to the nature of the service, they did not introduce themselves as police officers, but told them that they had gone to see a piece of land for a lady who had come from Italy and were looking at the position of the land and the entrance and exit to the main road, as they needed it for business. After not being able to agree with each other, the police officers and BKH agents left for the city of Fier, where they stopped again.
At around 19:25, a car approached the police officers while they were standing in the vehicle. At this moment, a 30-year-old man got out and addressed the officers with the words "get down on the ground, get out of the car" , telling them "come on, get out".
According to journalist Vatnikaj, one of the employees was addressed with the words "there is no need for you to take any action since we are police employees and we have our own job, we have nothing to do with you". At these moments, this citizen addressed him with the words "we are the police ourselves and we do not c... for anyone" .
At this moment, two other vehicles approached and several people began physically hitting him with punches and kicks, threatening and insulting the police officers.
One of them shouted "I'm the police", but these citizens insulted with insulting words "I don't care about anyone, we are the police, you are s... slaves". As soon as the fight started, the BKH officer came out, introducing himself loudly "we are SPAK", as well as the chief of operations V. L who shouted loudly but the violent actions did not stop.
At this moment of tension and after the loud introduction, the operational officer pulled out his firearm, telling the police to stop.
