In September 2020, a message arrived at the "Digital" police station in Shkodra Police, announcing that a person named Zamir Naku had been taken hostage and brutally beaten by Behar Bajri and his obedient soldier, Denis Brajovic, had taken in the full identification of the latter as a user in the "SKY" application.
Denis Brajovic alias "Vaso", is the person who used the code "B045ZY" and the man whom the SPAK special prosecutor's office has announced since July 2023 as the main author of the murder of Gjin Borriçi in Shkodër.
"Ora News" was able to view the message received at the "Digital" police station, which then identified Denis Brajovic and Behar Bajri himself.
"...from a citizen for the city of Shkodra..."

A report with No. 237031 has arrived on the portal of the digital commissariat, which refers to the city of Shkodra from an anonymous citizen who has sent the following text:
"...please take measures, as citizens Behar Bajri and Denis Brajovic are threatening us with guns to take our business. Last night they took the citizen Zamir Naku hostage, who has a bar next to the ambulance, and beat him barbarically...Address Shkodër. Please reply to us by E-Mail. Thank you!..".
But not many minutes passed and this message that the citizen sent to the digital police station, instead of being verified by the Shkodra Police, quickly arrived on Behar Bajri's phone through a screenshot.
Then Behar Bajri sent this photo to Denis Brajović through the "Sky" application, and the latter started to take an interest in the police, activating Ervis Martinaj to take an interest in the deputy director of the Shkodër police.
On September 26, 2020, Denis Brajović, through the already identified code, communicates with another code that the user is suspected to be a police officer, telling him the following:
"...I didn't take the horse hostage, they put it in vain. Oh, I haven't moved from Dobraçi at all. That sister q** is scheming. Visi is asking your deputy director...".
Meanwhile, Edmond Preka, the driver and bodyguard of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, who was arrested together with Gjoka, Behar Bajri and others, was identified from a conversation he had about his son's birthday.
On January 20, 2020, Edmond Preka using the code "G8KC24" writes to his boss Pëllumb Gjoka, where he says, among other things:
"...it's my son's birthday...".
SPAK has made verifications and found that January 20, 2014 is the birthday of the son of Edmond Preka, citizen F. Preka, who is mentioned in the conversation above.
Kurse Prekë Kodra, snajperisti mjaft i përgatitur është identifikuar nga një gafë në bashkëbisedimin e muajit dhjetor 2020 me një person ende të paidentifikuar.
Prekë Kodra teksa flet i dërgon një foto të pasaportën Kroate që ai ka nxjerë nga autoritet e këtij shteti, dhe aty ndodhet emri, mbiemri dhe një foto e vetë Prekë Kodrës.
Në 9 dhjetor 2020 Prekë Kodra i shkruan “FÇBTS” duke i thënë këtij të fundit si më poshtë vijon:
”…pyet njëherë për ato letrat kroate, a duhen gjo apo janë kot, se më kanë dalë para 1 jave. Shkova dhashë shenjat e gishtave në polici, më ka dal para 1 jave…”
Në këtë moment Prekë Kodra dërgon foton e njërës prej faqeve kryesore të pasaportës ku shkruhej “Dozvola Boravka” dhe emri i poseduesit të kësaj pasaporte është Prekë Kodra.
Më tej përdoruesi tjetër i shkruan: “…Po shumë mirë burrë, i gëzofsh…”.
Ndërkohë personin më të lehtë që SPAK ka mundur të identifikojë ka qënë Nuredin Dumani, i cili në dy aplikacionet “Sky” që ka përdorur me nofkën “Alkatraz” dhe “Toto Rinoo”, fliste totalisht hapur.
Njësoj si një “gringo” i vërtetë meksikan apo pelivan në botën e krimit në Shqipëri, Nuredin Dumani, në dy kodet “Sky” mburej se ishte Nuredin Dumani dhe s’pyestë për askënd.
Sot ai është kthyer në bashkëpuntorin kryesor të SPAK, dhe me vulën e kësaj prokurorie ai po godet këdo që nuk i pëlqen apo çdo veprimtari kriminale që ka dalë zbuluar përmes aplikacionit “Sky”.
Mburja dhe identifikimi i tij, pasqyrohet jo vetëm tek emri i koduar “Alkatraz” emër burgu në Amerikë, por edhe tek përdorimi tjetër i emrit të koduar “Toto Rinaa”, i cili ishte “bosi i bosave” në mafian më të egër që ka parë bota “Cosa Nostra” në Itali.
Vrasja e Dorian Dulit, ishte kthyer ndër detyrat parësore të grupit “Bajri” në Shkodër. Duli, cilësohej prej tyre si mik potent dhe i rrezikshëm i familjes Lici, të cilët mund ta përdornin kundër anëtarëve të grupit “Bajri”.
Kjo ka sjellë kontraktimin e disa personave për të vrarë Dorian Dulin, ku mes tyre ishte Nuredin Dumani.
Në 14 shkurt 2021, mbrëmjen e “Shën Valentinit” Bardhyl Mavraj bisedon me përdoruesin e kodit “XNLTTP” “Alkatraz”, ku ky i fundit i shkruan:
“…vlla dua të them nji fjalë për besnikrin time mos e ver dyshim koha tregon. Z’dua as ti t’jesh siklet, unë quhem Nuredin Dumani, “Luli” më njofin datëlindja 1987/26/04…Dua të rrish i qet për çdo gjë, s’jam ke fjalët pork e veprat, zdo zhgënjehesh se unëboj ndrrim…”.
Nga ana tjetër, Bardhyl Mavraj i përgjigjet duke shkruar se:
“…qosh me jetë vëlla, ishalla vetëm mir dëgjoj për ty por është kjo që nëse bahena me ba punë dhe me nimu njëri-tjetrin, s’do zhgënjehesh as ti. Për sa i përket ati Talos, të them unë personalisht skam asnjë info dhe se njof fare se smë ka pas interesu, por me pyt miq e shokë mase dhe na del diku, por konkrete është puna e këtij Dorit që folëm…”.
Meanwhile, in a conversation held in February 2021, between Nuredin Duman and Bardhyl Mavraj alias Bajri, the latter asks Duman for a meeting in Albania, in order to talk face-to-face about this work.
During this time, Duman was hiding in Kosovo and could not come to Albania, as he was wanted by the Police and the Prosecutor's Office.
Meanwhile, their communication continued through the "Sky" application, exchanging information about the type of car, a "Golf 7" R32 driven by Dorian Duli and Genc Tafili.
According to the conversation, Nuredin Dumani agrees to meet with Bardhyl Mavraj, but after he had committed the murder of Dorian Duli and then according to Dumani, the meeting would take place in the same way as Ismail Qemali and Isa Boletini.
"...yes, brother, we will meet...but I said I will meet like Ismail Qemali with Isa Boletin with a flag in his hand, I would like to remove this bitch...Dorin...and come to the meeting with a white face..." - writes to Nuredin Dumani, Bardhyl Mavraj, Behar Bajri's uncle's son.
Meanwhile, in a conversation with "Sky" "Toto Rinoo", Dumani wrote to another prisoner claiming that he had stolen 22 pistols of different calibers, 3 rifles and a tomson:
"...Look here. I talk to you as you want, idiots. I'll pack you up, why do you remember talking to your friend, you moron, I'm going to kill you, why are you back? There is no ass for my goods, not you but nobody in Cyprus, and as for the pressures, I paint the truth. I am Nuredin Dumani. Made me reveal the name you spoke as a chicken gangster you. I will arrange, without worrying about you boss, who I am without worrying about who I am and I will see how brave you are piccolo and thief and gangster. You can hide, O thief or Gagster, take care..."./Oranews
