The one you see in the photo is Rigels Kaso, the 42-year-old from Bilishti, who was brutally raped in the middle of the street in Tirana. He was found by citizens unconscious on 'Sokrat Miho' street, and they immediately notified the police around 06:35.
On Kaso's body, signs of violence were found on the head and back, which increases the suspicion that he may have been raped by unidentified persons and left in the place where he was found.
After that, the 42-year-old was sent to the hospital to receive medical help, where according to the latest reports, his health condition has worsened and he is intubated. No one has been detained by the police so far in connection with the case, as investigations continue.
Rigels Kaso is known in the Devolli area as an employee of a network for the distribution of the Internet, which has led the investigators to include in the tracks of the event also possible conflicts due to the task.
